Corey Kent Jacksonville Concert reviews
Train is a great ride
Corey Kent, in general, was fantastic, performing a mix of old favorites and tracks from their latest album, Save Me San Francisco. The lead vocalist, known for his engaging stage presence, skillfully interacts with the crowd without becoming dependent on their energy.
One reason for not awarding this show a perfect score is that Uncle Kracker's performance felt somewhat disjointed. While the singer has an established career, his set lacked any new material with mainstream appeal, aside from the familiar hits Drift Away and Follow Me.
The standout moment occurred during "Save the Day" when the frontman of Corey Kent invited a female fan on stage to serenade the lead guitarist, Jimmy. The spontaneous and comedic interaction showcased the band's ability to surprise and entertain their audience, demonstrating their enduring energy and charisma. If you've been following Corey Kent for a while, you likely appreciate their consistency and captivating live performances.
